Carne Group Appoints Francis Parisis as Head of Business Development (MD), Luxembourg

2 September 2025Carne Group (Carne), Europe’s largest third-party management company (ManCo) and a leading provider of fund regulation and governance solutions for the asset management industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Francis Parisis as Head of Business Development (MD) Luxembourg. 

Francis will help drive Carne’s continued expansion in Luxembourg, one of the world’s largest fund domiciles and a key strategic hub for Carne’s global operations. His appointment underscores Carne’s commitment to deepening its presence and advancing its long-term vision in Luxembourg and across continental Europe. As the leading third-party Management Company, Carne currently oversees more than €200 billion in assets under management domiciled in Luxembourg. 

Francis brings over two decades of senior sales experience across managed services, private wealth, and alternative funds. He has held several key roles, including at PwC and Citco, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic growth and client service excellence. His expertise spans global markets, with a particular focus on delivering bespoke solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
