Siobhán Noble

Siobhán is Chief Data & AI Officer at Carne Group and a member of the Global Executive Committee. She leads the Group’s product, data and AI strategy, with a focus on accelerating business outcomes and driving sustainable performance through digital innovation, data-driven insights and intelligent technology.

With more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, technology and consulting,  Siobhán is a seasoned digital strategist and transformation leader with a strong passion for the practical application of technology, data and AI to transform operating models, enhance decision-making and unlock new value for clients.

Prior to joining Carne, Siobhán was Co‑Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Leveris, a fintech firm where she led the design and global scale‑up of a B2B digital banking platform. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Accenture, Bank of Ireland and Citigroup.

Siobhán also serves as Vice Chair of the Irish Funds Emerging Technologies and Innovation Working Group and is a regular contributor to industry forums and publications on digital transformation and AI in financial services.
